Calling all the wild ones

Maybe sometimes you feel like you’re on the fringe, a little outside the norm, tiptoeing along the balancing beam between what you “should” do and what you deeply desire in your bones. There is a little seedling of rebellion growing inside of you and you’re ready to think outside the box and explore edgier ways of living and working. Sound like you? Then you’re our people. And we might just be yours.

⚡️ You’ve spent a long time trying to do everything the way you are “supposed to” but it’s led to burn out and disconnection, and you’re ready to get radical about doing things differently;

Here’s how we can work together

  • We’re here to support business newbies and seasoned entrepreneurs alike. If you’re looking for support to launch your biz, pivot, or make some big changes, and you resonate with our vibe, then we’d love to connect.

  • Maybe you’ve got the skillz to build your own website or canva templates or whatever but you want to get a professional designer’s eyeballs and feedback and direction to make it really pop. Book some time with our Creative Director, Azalea, to look through it together and help you learn to make your work shine.

  • The branding process typically begins with brand storytelling work with Kelsey. Then Azalea will move you through pulling out the fonts and colours that represent your work in the world, and designing a logo that brings your brand to life.

  • Need a sales page or entire website written? Want support developing your welcome sequence or lead magnet? Don’t know what the heck those words mean but have a vision and need help putting it into words? Kelsey’s got you. Reach out and we’ll send you our whole menu of offerings.

  • We take on a limited number of design projects each year. If you’re interested in website design work, set up a call with Azalea to talk through your vision and the scope of your project.

Meet the Team

We’ve been doing this work in our own businesses for YEARS, and now we’re excited to support others to re-imagine our world, our lives, and our work. Here’s a little bit about us so you can feel into whether we’re the right fit to support you:

Azalea Moen

Creative director,
personal magic catalyzer,
head mischief maker,
soul-to-visuals translator, & community space holder.

Azalea is a creative swiss-army knife, powerlifter, lover of all things analogue, spoonie and queer, neurodivergent witch. She currently resides on the unceded land of the Syilx/Okanagan and Secwepemcúl’ecw (Secwépemc) Peoples.

Azalea’s broad background includes graphic design and marketing, as well as in coaching, leadership development, sustainable community development and facilitation. She has spent the last 10 years smushing those all together to support business owners and creatives who want to shake shit up and do good in the world.

Azalea loves to spend her time making things, ALL the things. She also adores making and sharing beautiful spaces (and delicious food) with her favourite humans, crafting all the crafts, nerding out about how to work in ways that come most naturally to us, venturing between the interior and coast of BC, lifting heavy things, communing with nature, and taking really really long baths.

Azalea is pumped on all things Wilder Ones. She is deeply committed to using Wilder Ones as a laboratory to experiment with doing things differently. In particular, she’s excited to push all the boundaries in exploring how business could be a force for good in the world.

Kelsey Mech

Co-creator,

Kelsey humbly lives, works and plays on the unceded and traditional lands of the SENĆOŦEN & Hul’q’umi’num’ speaking peoples, on so-called Salt Spring Island, British Columbia.

Kelsey is a writer at heart. She loves nothing more than bringing the vision and essence of someone’s work alive in the world through written words. She’s also a Registered Clinical Counsellor and brings a trauma-informed lens to all of her clients.

Outside of her work at Wilder Ones, Kelsey is a dog mom, lover of wild places, and witchy woman of Polish ancestry. She loves to spend her time curled up with a book, hanging out with her fellow wild ones, spending time in nature with her pup and her partner, and finding small ways to cultivate enchantment in her life.

Kelsey is beyond excited to explore how we can do business and life radically differently. She’s stoked about using Wilder Ones as a playground to experiment with anti-capitalist models of doing business and share those with other capitalism critical creatives. Kelsey has a background in organizing and activism, and is excited to weave this back into her work at Wilder Ones.
